Work Begins On Marks and Spencer Liverpool

Kinlan have commenced work on the Marks and Spencer in Liverpool City Centre.  This is a 5 storey large scale brickwork / blockwork project.  James Hoskinson Director at Kinlan stated, ''We are immensly proud to be associated with such a famous store in an iconic position in the city centre.  Our experienced team has already been selected for our flagship development.  Myself and Gerard Doolan are confident that we will bring the project in ahead of time with zero defects.''

Contract Secured at Hugh Baird College

Kinlan Construction ae pleased to announce that they have secured a new project for Wates Construction at Hughbaird College in Bootle.  The new five storey building is a state-of-the-art community and higher education development.  James Hoskinson, Director at Kinlan stated ''we have focused enormously on securing repeat business through providing quality work for existing clients.  We are very pleased to be undertaking this project and look forward to strengthening our working relationship with Wates Construction''.  Work is due to start on the project in May. 

Contract Awarded in Crewe

Kinlan are pleased to a announce that they have been awarded a new Aldi Contract in Crewe.  We are pleased to continue our ongoing business relationship with Aldi.  The Aldi store in Crewe is one of only a few large scale brickwork stores.  Jamie Hoskinson Director at Kinlan said ''We are pleased to have been chosen to undertake this contract, I am confident that our experienced team will produce high quality brickwork to ensure more repeat business from this important client''.  Work is due to start on the project in early April.

The Sharp Project Secured

Kinlan Construction have been awarded The Sharp Project in Manchester.  The Sharp Project is home to digital entpreneurs and production companies.  Whilst using tradional blockwork, this is a unique project for Kinlan.  It will involve the supply and fitting of specialised acoustic sound proofing.  We are looking forward to tackling this project under some considerable time constraints.

Kinlan's Stonework Gets Presidential Approval

Following the Irish President's visit to the newly built Irish World Heritage Centre in Manchester.  We are pleased to report that he commented on Kinlan Construction's Stonework as being outstanding.  James Hoskinson Director of Kinlan said that "we are pleased to gain recognition for the work we have completed.  We are proud to put our name to it and include it in our ever expanding portfolio.  The main contractor, Willmott Dixon, has agreed future works with Kinlan and this emphasizes our commitment to gain repeat business through succesfully completing past projects."  The work was completed in November 2012 in time for the Irish Presidents planned visit.

Phase 2 Beswick Secured

Kinlan are pleased to announce that they have won the 2nd phase of a potential 250 house project in Beswick Manchester.  Work is due to start in the new year and will secure work for the next 12 months.  Gerard Doolan director at Kinlan said that he is looking forward to completing the project on time and to highest quality utilising the new sytems we have put in place following our ISO 9001 accreditation.

Large Flagship Project Secured In Knutsford

Kinlan our delighted to have won a flagship new build Aldi project in Knutsford.  Gerard Doolan director said ''this is the largest contract we have undertaken for Aldi with an enormous amount of stonework involved.  We are currently in the planning stage of the build, however with Kinlan now having 20 stone mason's on our books we are confident of completing the build to satisfaction of our client.  Work is due to start on the Aldi Store in January 2013.

New Contract to build 40 Houses

Kinlan Construction have won a new brickwork and blockwork contract to build 40 new build houses in Bromborough Pool, Wirral.  Gerard Doolan commented '' We are delighted with the news as this will secure placements for our work force right through until next summer.''  The contract is under English Heritage and Kinlan are best placed to make sure they deliver the highest quality for this well known client.

Secured Contract in Oldham

Work has just began on a new contract in Oldham building an Aldi superstore.  Kinlan Construction are pleased to continue their on-going relationship.  James Hoskinson, Director at Kinlan Brickwork commented "it is a very important contract for us,  we work hard to make sure they are built on time and to the highest standard.  Aldi have announced there intention to build a large number of stores over the next few years and we want to make sure we are their best supplier / subcontractor."

Kinlan have been awarded the brickwork and blockwork package on Ffordd-y-Rhos development.  Gerard Doolan, Director said, "we are pleased to have won this contract building 41 housing units, I am looking forward to selecting from our core group of handpicked bricklayers who I know will provide a quality product for an important client."  Work is due to start immediately.
