Kinlan Contsruction Ltd. provide a high standard of health and safety through our IOSH health and safety consultant and internal NEBOSH health and safety advisor who keeps the team up to date with current legislation and working practices, providing guidance and advice on safe ways to work. The company takes every preventative measure possible to eradicate risks by providing regular site inspections, method statements, risk assessments, full induction training and regular toolbox talks, as well as weekly meetings between the site teams and the Construction Director. Kinlan believe the key to maintaining safe sites is through communication and training. We are currently working alongside the CITB to ensure our supervisors are up to date with their Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS), which will enable us to maintain this high standard and give clients the assurance that they need.
