WHG Update 🧱

Exciting progress is being made on-site at Lumina Village, with the brickwork now taking great shape across multiple blocks. The striking red façades are really beginning to define the development and bring the architectural vision to life.

We had the pleasure of hosting a talk and site walkaround with Leeds Building College and United Living Group, joined by a fantastic group of first-year apprentice bricklayers.

She’s recently been issued a Green Card for her outstanding contribution by our Client GMI Construction Group PLC — specifically for the construction of a safe access step into the ground floor main entrance.

We’re proud to share that Kinlan Brickwork has successfully renewed our IFC certification for another five years.

Last week we had the privilege of helping plant laurels at St Joseph’s School as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local charities and community spaces.

As part of National Charity Week, our team was delighted to give back to the community by supporting St Josephs.

Blocks C&D now completed and handover over, Block A 90% complete with Mast strikes currently in progress and localised low level works continuing.
