π National Charity Week at Kinlan Brickwork π
As part of National Charity Week, our team was delighted to give back to the community by supporting St Josephs.
We helped bring some extra fun to the playground with the delivery of a brand-new ping pong table for the students to enjoy, encouraging play, teamwork, and a little friendly competition. π
Alongside this, we also planted laurel trees around the school grounds β a lasting addition that will grow with the children and provide a greener, more welcoming environment. π±π³
It was fantastic to see smiles on the childrenβs faces and to know weβve contributed to both their playtime and their learning environment. A big thank you to everyone who took part β this is what community spirit is all about!
Exciting progress is being made on-site at Lumina Village, with the brickwork now taking great shape across multiple blocks. The striking red façades are really beginning to define the development and bring the architectural vision to life.
We had the pleasure of hosting a talk and site walkaround with Leeds Building College and United Living Group, joined by a fantastic group of first-year apprentice bricklayers.
Sheβs recently been issued a Green Card for her outstanding contribution by our Client GMI Construction Group PLC β specifically for the construction of a safe access step into the ground floor main entrance.
Last week we had the privilege of helping plant laurels at St Josephβs School as part of our ongoing commitment to supporting local charities and community spaces.
At Kinlan Brickwork Ltd, we believe that quality workmanship starts with a highly trained and competent workforce. Investing in our people means safer sites, higher standards, and greater confidence for our clients.
