A fantastic start to 2024 for our team 👏🏼

We wanted to start our year off with a positive and fun day so we decided to have a Leadership & Development day!

By doing this it allows us to catch up with one another after Christmas holidays and enables us to start the new year with positivity and enthusiasm 💪🏼

Here at Kinlan we have a very busy 2024 ahead and this allows us to prepare to be the best we can all be! 🧱

A huge thank you to Stuart Waddington & Jon Edwards The Lion Consultancy Ltd for all your help creating the structure of the day, keeping it fun and entertaining, whilst meeting all the requirements we needed to cover! 😊

Blocks C&D now completed and handover over, Block A 90% complete with Mast strikes currently in progress and localised low level works continuing.

Not every job demands this level of detail… but when it does, we step up …
