A Huge Win For Us At Kinlan Brickwork Ltd …

A huge win for us at Kinlan Brickwork Ltd – Our biggest contract to date has been awarded for our new client GMI Construction Group PLC – No. 3 Circle Square 👏🏼

The Manchester office building, which will feature 267,000 sq ft of workspace and will provide office space over 15 storeys on the corner of Brancaster Road and Princess Street 🧱

Along with the offices, the building will have ground floor retail and leisure space, as well as a communal lounge, event space, and a roof terrace.

This is a great achievement for us and it is a testament to our continued growth as a company.

We look forward to working on this project and building a solid relationship with our new client on this job 💪🏻
