Apprentice Appreciation ๐๐ผ
Here at Kinlan Brickwork we value our Apprentices and enjoy helping them along their journey to achieving the career they want and to help them get the best outcome from their time with us!๐งฑ
We caught up with two of our newest Apprentices and asked them how they are finding working as part of our team;
Cole โ โI am enjoying my time at Kinlan and I am learning new skills each day. The lads have helped me and I am gaining good experience. I can see myself staying here and making a good career with Kinlanโ
Jake โ โI enjoy working for Kinlan, I find it a good company to work for to learn new skills daily in bricklaying, I have learnt a lot of new skills working with them and I feel like I have been given a great opportunity with them, I hope to carry on with them after my apprenticeship to excel my skills and carry on my profession in bricklayingโ
It is always nice to catch up with them to see how far they have come and how they are achieving all of their goals set by their college and our selves!
Keep up all the good work!๐๐ผ๐๐ผ
