Yesterday, we kicked off the year with a full team gathering at the Village Hotel – a great opportunity to catch up with our team and to reflect on what we achieved in 2025, whilst setting clear goals and ambitions for 2026 as a team🎯

2025 has been one of strong progress, solid partnerships, and quality projects delivered by an incredible team. Exciting progress is being made on-site at Lumina Village, with the brickwork now taking great shape across multiple blocks. The striking red façades are really beginning to define the development and bring the architectural vision to life.

We had the pleasure of hosting a talk and site walkaround with Leeds Building College and United Living Group, joined by a fantastic group of first-year apprentice bricklayers.
