29.08.2024 – Developing and maintaining our managers Health & Safety knowledge and understanding is essential at Kinlan Brickwork.
Recently our Management team have been put to the test with our Health and Safety Manager Lee Hodge whom has been delivering health and safety investigation training to enable our teams to handle and investigate incidents in a more streamlined way than has previously been the case. Obviously we’re aiming to reduce our already low accident rate but it is reassuring to know our managers are well versed in how to control H&S incidents and gather information to unearth root causes and prevent reoccurrences .

With the sunshine lighting up the site, it’s a proper showcase of the quality and detail the team have been delivering throughout. The brickwork is really starting to stand out now, bringing the whole development to life as we move closer to completion.
This award recognises our commitment to apprenticeships, training, and skills across Tameside — and during National Apprenticeship Week, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the people behind that commitment 🙌
Great progress continuing on site at Tariff Street. Mast climbers 13 & 14 to Block 2 have now been successfully removed, marking another key milestone.
Archie joined Kinlan Brickwork back in June 2023 on a one-week trial. Fast forward 2½ years, and he’s now officially passed his Level 2 Brickwork qualification 🧱🎓
