From Bricklayer to Site Manager: Jordan’s Journey with Kinlan

Jordan Bray joined Kinlan in August 2020 as a bricklayer on our Insignia project.

Six years on, we’re proud to celebrate his progress and the milestones along the way.

🔹 July 2022 – Kinlan supported Jordan through his SMSTS qualification, and he stepped into a Working Foreman role in Sheffield, working on stone houses for Domis Construction.

🔹 April 2023 – He progressed to Assistant Site Manager at Outwood Wharf, working alongside Paul Kane.

🔹 August 2024 – Jordan moved to Tariff Street as a Site Manager alongside Jay Jeffries, taking another step forward in his career.

🔹 May 2026 – He began leading his own project for GMI on Moss Lane East as Site Manager — a fantastic milestone in his journey.

Jordan continues to grow from strength to strength, and his progression shows what can be achieved when hard work is supported by training and opportunities to take on greater responsibility.

Well done, Jordan. We’re proud to have you on the Kinlan team and look forward to seeing what you achieve next!
