Our sites, Outwood Wharf, Waterhouse Gardens, City Point and Circle Square have all held safety stand downs today to empower our employees to speak out should they need some help or assistance in finding the right advice available to them and not to suffer in silence should they have any concerns.
Some very open and honest conversations have been had breaking barriers and creating a working environment in which we all as construction workers feel safe to open up an not be stigmatised.
This exercise with the support from the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity has become incredibly valuable and something we will look to replicate on a regular basis ๐๐ป
Exciting progress is being made on-site at Lumina Village, with the brickwork now taking great shape across multiple blocks. The striking red faรงades are really beginning to define the development and bring the architectural vision to life.
