Macie began with working with Kinlan as a labourer last year and has progressed fantastically and is now beginning her apprenticeship to become a qualified bricklayer with Kinlan!

A few words from Macie –

‘I first began working for Kinlan on April 1st 2021 on the governments Kickstart Scheme. I started out as a labourer just cleaning out the plots. After a while I started doing other things like making sure the cavities in the plots were all thermabated.

I have now started an apprenticeship with Kinlan in hope to become a qualified bricklayer.

I look forward to starting a great career and hope to progress as far as possible.’
