A fantastic start to 2024 for our team

We wanted to start our year off with a positive and fun day so we decided to have a Leadership & Development day!

By doing this it allows us to catch up with one another after Christmas holidays and enables us to start the new year with positivity and enthusiasm

Here at Kinlan we have a very busy 2024 ahead and this allows us to prepare to be the best we can all be!

A huge thank you to Stuart Waddington & Jon Edwards The Lion Consultancy Ltd for all your help creating the structure of the day, keeping it fun and entertaining, whilst meeting all the requirements we needed to cover!

Still reflecting on what was a fantastic evening at the NWCHSG Awards …

Huge congratulations to Cameron Murray on an incredible achievement!

Cameron has just passed his Level 2 Apprenticeship with flying colours, achieving distinctions across the board, a fantastic result and a real testament to his hard work and dedication.

With the sunshine lighting up the site, it’s a proper showcase of the quality and detail the team have been delivering throughout. The brickwork is really starting to stand out now, bringing the whole development to life as we move closer to completion.
