It’s been another productive period across several of our live projects, with great progress being made by our site teams within Kinlan Brickwork Ltd & Kinlan Scaffold
*Project Updates*
35 Fountain Street, Manchester GMI Construction Group PLC
The sample panel has now been completed and signed off, demonstrating the high-quality finish expected throughout the project. We’ve also successfully installed the first sections of the natural stone banding, whilst paying a factory visit to inspect the off-site manufacture of the Keywall panels before delivery. Collaboration and planning at this stage will ensure a quality finish as the project progresses. Keep up the good work Derek Allt and the site team as this one is about to take off soon 🙌
Moss Lane East, Manchester GMI Construction Group PLC
Brickwork and cavity works are progressing well through Level 3 on what is a particularly challenging, logistically constrained site. Despite the complexity of the project and the intricate façade detailing, the workmanship being delivered by our team has been of an exceptionally high standard, and we’re proud of the quality achieved so far. Excellent work being produced by Jordan Bray, Mariusz Kirchner and the site team 👏🏻
Rye Park, Newcastle-under-Lyme HBC Construction Limited
Excellent progress continues at Rye Park, with Block C advancing well and some outstanding brickwork being produced by the team. At the same time, our in-house scaffolding team is making great progress on Blocks A & B within Zone 1, helping maintain programme and supporting the continued delivery of the project. It’s particularly pleasing to hear that the client is very happy with the progress and quality delivered to date. A strong team is being formed on this one lead by Paul Kane, David Cooke and the site team 👊
A huge thank you to all of our site operatives, supervisors and supply chain partners for their continued hard work, commitment to quality and focus on delivering projects safely.
We’re looking forward to seeing these projects continue to take shape over the coming months
