A huge win for us at Kinlan Brickwork Ltd. Our biggest contract to date has been awarded for our new client GMI Construction Group PLC No. 3 Circle Square

The Manchester office building, which will feature 267,000 sq ft of workspace and will provide office space over 15 storeys on the corner of Brancaster Road and Princess Street

Along with the offices, the building will have ground floor retail and leisure space, as well as a communal lounge, event space, and a roof terrace.

This is a great achievement for us and it is a testament to our continued growth as a company.
