We are delighted to announce we will be starting a new project with @united living – Saxton Lane 🧱

Saxton Lane is our second job with United Living and we are keen to strengthen our existing relationship with an important strategic partner.
We are hoping to be on site early in December 2023, which will be a brilliant end to the year at Kinlan.

This marks our growing presence in Yorkshire having recently completed 2 projects in Sheffield and now beginning our first in Leeds.

With the sunshine lighting up the site, it’s a proper showcase of the quality and detail the team have been delivering throughout. The brickwork is really starting to stand out now, bringing the whole development to life as we move closer to completion.

The scaffold strike continues over at Premier Inn, and great progress is being made on site.

📍 Tariff Street – Project Update

Great progress continuing on site at Tariff Street. Mast climbers 13 & 14 to Block 2 have now been successfully removed, marking another key milestone.

👏 A huge congratulations to Archie!

Archie joined Kinlan Brickwork back in June 2023 on a one-week trial. Fast forward 2½ years, and he’s now officially passed his Level 2 Brickwork qualification 🧱🎓
