Collaboration and Communication are Key…
Collaboration and Communication are key!
Kinlan’s H&S Manager Lee Hodge recently took part in a joint EHS inspection at Domis Construction Water house Gardens Site with EHS representatives from all supply chain trades present.
The Partnering tour enabled candid, honest conversation that added value and can only serve to drive continual improvement for the EHS agenda within the business. Itâs a credit to the project teams, given the visit was undertaken by several safety professionals it achieved a pass score of 86%. Many positive observations were made during the tour! with all significant hazards being well controlled. Items identified during the tour to be addressed have been captured and will be actioned accordingly. Thanks to Chris Broadway for his efforts in trying to capture all the observations into one.
All EHS representatives from the partners have agreed the value in a working together and have agreed to share contact details to enable more joined up working. We have also agreed that we will meet up quarterly as a broader team to walk future projects to drive a more sustainable, joined up approach.
