Another cohort of our managers completed their I-PAF demonstrator training on Monday (07/10). Another big step towards compliance and above all the implementation of safe systems of work.
This site delivered training course included both theory and practical assessments providing our managers the ability to familiarise all operatives on the correct use and operation of MCWP.
Thank you to our Health & Safety manager Lee Hodge for organising the training! All involved found it very beneficial👷🏼👏🏻
A little time on set-up saves hours later! From clamping pistols on top-level masonry supports, to dropping string lines 🧵 and keeping every pillar true to line — getting it right from the start is everything 💯
With the sunshine lighting up the site, it’s a proper showcase of the quality and detail the team have been delivering throughout. The brickwork is really starting to stand out now, bringing the whole development to life as we move closer to completion.
This award recognises our commitment to apprenticeships, training, and skills across Tameside — and during National Apprenticeship Week, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the people behind that commitment 🙌
Great progress continuing on site at Tariff Street. Mast climbers 13 & 14 to Block 2 have now been successfully removed, marking another key milestone.
Archie joined Kinlan Brickwork back in June 2023 on a one-week trial. Fast forward 2½ years, and he’s now officially passed his Level 2 Brickwork qualification 🧱🎓
