Kinlan Brickwork Ltd have some updates on the work being carried out at Well Meadow.
9 February 2022
Progress at our site Well Meadow for our Client GRAHAM Group Showing CETCO CETBIT 300 tanking installation with CETCO termination bar. 100mm double skin block work to substation with tramlines. 140mm block work. Foamglass T4+ insulation with weak mix concrete.
A little time on set-up saves hours later! From clamping pistols on top-level masonry supports, to dropping string lines 🧵 and keeping every pillar true to line — getting it right from the start is everything 💯
With the sunshine lighting up the site, it’s a proper showcase of the quality and detail the team have been delivering throughout. The brickwork is really starting to stand out now, bringing the whole development to life as we move closer to completion.
This award recognises our commitment to apprenticeships, training, and skills across Tameside — and during National Apprenticeship Week, it’s the perfect time to celebrate the people behind that commitment 🙌
Great progress continuing on site at Tariff Street. Mast climbers 13 & 14 to Block 2 have now been successfully removed, marking another key milestone.
Archie joined Kinlan Brickwork back in June 2023 on a one-week trial. Fast forward 2½ years, and he’s now officially passed his Level 2 Brickwork qualification 🧱🎓
