QA – With the introduction of the golden thread of information within the new building safety act (BSA) it is now more important than ever to document our work on site.

Thankfully – over the past 4 years we have been developing and fine tuning a rigerous QA system that drops thousands of pins on the facade – each pin has a specific questionnaire for the installer/tradesman to complete; that ensures all of the key information is captured even down to the identity and the accreditations of the operatives.

Complying with BSA and the golden thread has been a seamless transition for us thanks to our earlier investments and commitments from all management.
