Our Sites, Outwood Wharf, Waterhouse Gardens, City Point and Circle Square Have All Held Safety Stand Downs Today …
17 May 2024
Our sites, Outwood Wharf, Waterhouse Gardens, City Point and Circle Square have all held safety stand downs today to empower our employees to speak out should they need some help or assistance in finding the right advice available to them and not to suffer in silence should they have any concerns.
Some very open and honest conversations have been had breaking barriers and creating a working environment in which we all as construction workers feel safe to open up an not be stigmatised.
This exercise with the support from the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity has become incredibly valuable and something we will look to replicate on a regular basis 👏🏻
Yesterday, we kicked off the year with a full team gathering at the Village Hotel – a great opportunity to catch up with our team and to reflect on what we achieved in 2025, whilst setting clear goals and ambitions for 2026 as a team🎯
2025 has been one of strong progress, solid partnerships, and quality projects delivered by an incredible team. None of this would have been possible without the hard work, commitment, and pride everyone puts into what we do day in, day out — along with the continued trust of our clients and partners.
We’re delighted to share that Kinlan Brickwork will be supporting The Lighthouse Charity for another year, continuing our commitment as a Company Supporter for 2025–2026 👏🏻
Last week, the North West Construction Health & Safety Group brought the courtroom to life with a powerful and thought-provoking Mock Trial in the iconic St George’s Hall.
We’re proud to share the latest progress on our Wilohaus project, showcasing the precision and craftsmanship behind the brickwork that’s now taking shape 🧱
Exciting progress is being made on-site at Lumina Village, with the brickwork now taking great shape across multiple blocks. The striking red façades are really beginning to define the development and bring the architectural vision to life.
We had the pleasure of hosting a talk and site walkaround with Leeds Building College and United Living Group, joined by a fantastic group of first-year apprentice bricklayers.
