Kinlan Brickwork Ltd, We Recently Had The Privilege Of Hosting A Visit From Corofil …
At Kinlan Brickwork Ltd, we recently had the privilege of hosting a visit from Corofil one of our firestopping manufacturers, we passed with flying colours. It is such an important part and therefore to ensure the proper fit is maintained and the highest level of quality assurance we undertake these steps:
1. Training and Expertise: Our operatives undergo comprehensive training on the correct installation techniques for firestopping. They are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to handle various types of firestopping products effectively.
2. Bespoke QA System: We have developed a bespoke Quality Assurance (QA) system specifically designed for firestopping installations. This system tracks every stage of the process, from purchasing the product to delivering it to the site, installation, and final checks. By recording each step, we ensure that there are no mistakes or oversights in the fitting process.
3. Meticulous Documentation: We maintain detailed records for every firestopping installation we carry out. This documentation includes product specifications, installation procedures, and any additional measures taken to ensure compliance with regulations. These records serve as evidence of our commitment to quality and allow us to provide proof of correct installation.
4. IFC Accreditation: Kinlan Brickwork Ltd is proud to have IFC accreditation, which demonstrates our adherence to the highest standards of fire safety. This accreditation ensures that we consistently meet all necessary requirements and regulations when dealing with the installation of fire products.
5. Continuous Improvement: We are committed to staying updated with the latest advancements and best practices in firestopping. We regularly review our processes, seek feedback from manufacturers and industry experts, and invest in ongoing training for our operatives. This commitment to continuous improvement ensures that we consistently deliver the most effective firestopping solutions.
By implementing these measures, Kinlan Brickwork Ltd ensures that firestopping installations are carried out correctly, minimizing the risk of fire spread and ensuring the safety and integrity of buildings. We take pride in our attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional quality to our clients.
