Church Street lower block consisting of 8 mast climbers have been complete 🧱
BCEGI UK have commenced the removal of mast climbers with pocket infills of cavity works and brickwork.
Mast climbers to the tower level 22 are progressing well with Siderise Group fire stopping and the Kinlan Church Street team recently passing their IFC audit 👏🏻
Exciting progress is being made on-site at Lumina Village, with the brickwork now taking great shape across multiple blocks. The striking red façades are really beginning to define the development and bring the architectural vision to life.
We had the pleasure of hosting a talk and site walkaround with Leeds Building College and United Living Group, joined by a fantastic group of first-year apprentice bricklayers.
She’s recently been issued a Green Card for her outstanding contribution by our Client GMI Construction Group PLC — specifically for the construction of a safe access step into the ground floor main entrance.
